We take care of everything from the moment you arrive at our office, including filling out patient forms. No need to print, fill out, and email them to us ahead of time. Our friendly office staff will inform you of the necessary paperwork when you arrive at our Manhattan office. Having an office in Manhattan has many perks, but parking isn't one of them. There's minimal street parking near our office, but there is a nearby lot/garage that our office staff can give you directions to before your first consultation.
